How to determine handlebar diameter

If you are unsure about the correct diameter of your handlebars, an easy way to test is: 1: Cut a strip of string or paper at least 4 inches long 2: Wrap the string or paper around your bars, making a mark on it where it overlaps itself. 3: Measure this distance (the circumference) with a ruler. 4: Use the table below to determine your handlebar’s diameter:

Tube Diameter Circumference:

7/8″ measures 2 3/4″

1″ measures 3 1/8″

1 1/4″ measures 4″
